We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 week, + delivery time so please consider when placing your order. If ordering Special Delivery your order will be fulfilled and sent out within 1-3 business days.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any personalised items, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can contact us at email@example.com
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can see regular updates on the progress of your order.
Please note that all UK and international standard shipping orders are sent with Royal Mail. International special delivery will be despatched with either UPS or DHL.

Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.
Go Get Personalised cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery. Please note if the recipient is unable to accept delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker.
